Healthy Diet & Proper Exercising Keeps Blood Cholesterol Levels Normal
According to a member of Professional Association of German Internists (BDI), Richard Radesch, intake of food rich in seasonal veggies, fibres and fruit can help in bringing down the levels of blood cholesterol to normal.
He has also underlined the need for reducing the intake quantity of sugar and simple carbohydrates, which are speculated to be present in healthy processed foods and heavily sweetened yogurt. He has also mentioned that animal fats should also be consumed in lesser quantities.
But he mentioned that the relationship between the levels of blood cholesterol and diet is not that intense as it was considered to be. According to him, a major part of cholesterol in blood is produced by human body. He has also mentioned that losing weight combined with healthy food and proper exercising can help in lowering the levels of cholesterol.
He said that adopting proper lifestyle can lower cholesterol weeks in few weeks, despite the absence of any kind of medication.
