Is oily or spicy foods good for your health?


Good day! Eating spicy foods in moderate amount are found beneficial to your health, because the spice varieties are found to kill certain harmful bacteria in our body. A substance capsaicin that can be found on chill and peppers that causes heat, has been associated with many cures to any disease which include:

• Lowering blood pressure
• Has a laxative effects
• Reducing cholesterol and warding off strokes and also heart attacks
• It can help in unclogging stuffy nose
• It can speed up metabolism
• It can treat colds and fevers
• It can prevent cancer
• It can be use to pain control

However, increased consumption of spicy foods is bad for your stomach especially for those who has stomach problem. And while oily food such as oily fish can reduce the risk of death from heart attack because eating oily fish is a good source of omega 3, polyunsaturated fatty acids and this is important for the development of the central nervous system in babies.
