Do you have back pain especially in morning?

Back pain most often takes place from strained muscles and ligaments, from improper or heavy lifting, or after a sudden awkward movement or because of wrong position when sleeping or even sitting. At times a muscle spasm can also cause back pain.

To treat back pain -- apply cold compress or ice pack on the affected area for 15 to 20 minutes for the first few days.

Avoid factors that may trigger the pain such as heavy lifting, improper posture while sitting or standing, improper reaching and bending.

Over-the-counter NSAIDs (non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs) are also available such as ibuprofen although these are contraindicated to you if you have stomach problems such as peptic ulcer.

If symptoms persists, then you might as well need to have it check by your doctor.
