Recipe to get rid of persistent dry cough for small kids

Since the dry cough is severe and is lasting already for 5 days, immediately seek medical attention – bring the baby to her pediatrician.

Here's a simple recipe that shows how to make one of my favorite home remedies for a persistent dry cough. It's simple to make, safe for small children, and it tastes delicious...

1. Mashed Banana Cough Relief Remedy

Ingredients: 1 ripe banana 1 teaspoon runny honey 2 pinches black pepper

Method: Mash the banana, add the honey and pepper. Then, mix thoroughly and eat two or three time a day.

This easy home remedy is better in every conceivable way than buying over the counter cough suppressants. It's good for our children, it can be rustled up in
no time from ingredients we usually already have at home, it's easy, it's cheap and there is no risk of nasty side effects.

Also, regular sips of boiled water cooled to a warm and comfortable drinking temperature will also help keep the tissues of the mouth and throat hydrated.

2. Raspberry Tincture.

Get one-half pound of honey, one cup water; let these boil; take off scum; pour boiling hot upon one-half ounce lobelia herb and one-half ounce.

Cloves, mix well, then strain and add one gill of raspberry vinegar. Then, take from one teaspoonful to a dessertspoonful four times a day and pleasant to take.
