The first thing to consider to be swimming benefits is, I think, the most worthwhile exercise as you can utilize as many muscles as you want. Of course, it’’s better than any other training that uses only one group of your muscle. And you know that it’s good for your body. You can strengthen your whole body by doing swimming every day. Ok, that’s the first advantages of swimming.

Then, another swimming benefit: imagine you’re in your favorite swimming pools (or intex swimming pools). What do you feel? Yes, I talk about benefits of swimming for your mental. I feel very relax and enjoy especially when I swim in a hot spring swimming pools. It’s a great way to reduce your fatigue after doing works all day. Let your mind relax and focusing on nothing but the rhythm of your swimming stroke. I enjoy every time in the hot water and again I feel very relax. Ok, that’s the second of swimming health benefits. It’s good for your mental health.

Swimming can also give you health heart and lungs. Wow, it’s a great swimming benefit, right? Regular swimming builds cardiovascular fitness because swimming improves your use of oxygen without over-working your heart. I like to hold my breath in water for a few minutes just to make my lungs word better. In other words, I think one of swimming advantages is reducing hypertension.

In summarize, swimming is great for your body muscle, easing depression and stress, and good for your heart and lungs. Swimming may develop life skills such as sportsmanship, time-management, goal-setting and an increased sense of self-worth. Swimming may also work for your effort to lose your weight.
