Clementines a great citrus health fruit
Clementines is a popular citrus fruit that is a cross between a tangerine and an orange. They are cultivated in Israel, Spain, Morocco, Cyprus and some Mediterranean countries.
They are rich source of vitamin C, soluble and insoluble fibre, potassium and fructose.
