How to Prevent Breast Sagging?

Here are some ways that may help you:

Exercises

* Push-ups: Whether you do typical push-ups, where your toes and hands touch the floor, or modified ones, where you’re supported by your hands and bent knees with your back in a straight position, this is a great exercise that does not require any equipment, just proper positioning.

* Dumbbell fly: You will need two light dumbbells (about 5-8 pounds) and a bench. Lie back on the bench with arms out to your sides, palms up and elbows slightly bent. Bring the dumbbells together over your head, keeping your elbows bent. Perform 3 sets of eight to twelve reps.

* Incline press: With a bench inclined no more than 30 degrees, plant your feet on the floor while lying on the bench. Hold a barbell with enough weights wider than shoulder width, lifting it off a rack and lowering it to your upper chest. Touch your chest with the barbell, hold it for a count of two, then lift the bar. Do not lock your elbows while performing this movement. Again, perform 3 sets of eight to twelve reps.

* Cream: Moisturize your breasts twice a day, to keep the skin nourished.

* Keep your weight steady: Because breast tissue is made up mainly of fat cells, repeatedly gaining and losing as little as five pounds can cause breast skin and the connective tissue inside your twins to lose elasticity, making your mammary appear softer and losses over time.

* Support your breast: A supportive bra in your correct size will take the weight off breast ligaments, preserving your twins firmness. Even with larger breasts it's still possible to keep them from drooping badly by keeping a bra on as much as possible - even in bed. Many sleep bras are comfortable and thin, while providing the necessary support.Whether you're an A or D cup, wear a bra with top notch support. And whenever you go to the gym, opt for a sports bra that's design like an regular bra.

* Surgery: Much further down the road you may wish to have a surgical procedure done which involves removing some of the fat from your breasts and inserting a tuck to bring them upward.
