General causes of body and back pain


BODY PAIN
Things that can cause strains, sprains, or spasms or generally body pain can include:




• Poor posture

• Poor physical condition

• Using muscles, ligaments, or joints for activities for which they're not conditioned or of which they're not capable

• Excessive or improper lifting

• Sudden awkward movements, like lifting or twisting too quickly

• Overly strenuous physical activities

BACK PAIN
There are many possible causes of back pain which includes:

• Strains - This most often occurs from strained muscles and ligaments, as well as from improper or heavy lifting, and also after a sudden awkward movement or a muscle spasm.

• Structural problems such as:
Sciatica – Wherein there is a sharp, shooting pain experience through the buttock and back of the leg.

Skeletal irregularities – This is when the natural curves in your spine become exaggerated, and your upper back may look abnormally rounded or lower back may arch excessively such as Scoliosis.

Osteoporosis
Bulging or ruptured disks – Wherein sometimes, the soft material inside a disk may bulge out of place or rupture hence press on a nerve which may cause pain.

• Rare but serious conditions such as infection of the spine. This is when a fever and a tender, warm area accompany back pain; the cause could be possibly an infection.
