How to prevent gastrointestinal problem?


There are many ways to avoid gastrointestinal problems like peptic ulcer and irritable bowel syndrome, indigestion, bloatedness and constipation and many more.

One aspect is the use of probiotics in the diet or take it as a supplement.
Probiotics are essential for good digestion and to prevent different digestive problems. there are many available research backed up by the World Health Organization regarding the application of probiotics in different field, modality or specialty.

You may also eat foods which support and strengthen our digeative system. the following are foods that are beneficial to over all health of the digestive system.

5. cabbage
6. cabbage
7. grapes , etc

Your diet is one of the factor that need to be addressed. in my experience in handling patient, a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar in one glass warm water is very healthy for everyone.
