WASHINGTON, D.C. (Press Release) — Interior Assistant Secretary for Insular Areas Esther Kia’aina has approved and released a total of $2.4 million in funding under the Offce of Insular Affairs Technical Assistance program for fiscal year 2015 to support health, education and social service projects for the U.S. territories and Freely Associated States.
